Gasp, I haven’t even finished checking my RSS feeds, and there’s so much left. But I must stop. Anyway, here is some nice stuff I came across this morning:
- Shafer has written a very moving poem, Freakish Deaths Are Rarely Forgotten at I’ll Show You Mine. I said in my comments there we must remember, what I mean is the person, not the accident. Why is it in China and Japan they always remember the anniversary of a person’s death?
- Rax has written a very lovely poem called Silk on Fire. It made me sigh.
- Anna Russell has a lovely poem that starts, “they bled into each other …”. Sigh. The title is Two, check it out.
- Aprés-Godard at Parallell Wordport has some very nice verse today. The entry title is the last pot roast on earth. I had to read it slowly.
- Donna Kuhn has a new poem at digital aardvarks calls she decides the helmet on u. I always read her poems as many times as time allows.
- Rachel Phillips has some very nice poems just written. All of them are attractive, but this one in particular, Purging, tweaked me.
- John Baker writes some very satirical lines about George Bush, this is very nicely done; the title is Getting Him Ready to Go.
- Finally, here’s what I believe to be a vivid description of a dream at Annandale Dream Gazette. It’s neat.

“Two”
‘All’ he said.
‘Infinite’ she replied.
They could ask for nothing more.
Perfect…
