charmed

“The whole play of existence is so beautiful
that laughter can be the only response to it.”
– Osho

A fat little buddha fellow
with a shiny head
and funny ears
a sack thrown over his shoulder
no doubt full of goodies
candy, fruit and doughnuts;
pants tied up
under his big naked belly
and a host of coins
piling up at his feet –
yet he couldn’t care less.

    One Response to charmed

    1. Thank you Matt for your comment to “Going to Miss Him” – and whereas the Buddha couldn’t care less about the gifts people bring him; I care very much and appreciate the gift of appreciation you expressed very, very much! the Buddha’s eyes are on ethereal planes, but my eyes are gratified by your support in reading and commenting.
      Warmest regards
