A beautiful poem that needs the word ‘to’ added in there…

“is not being able to save you”.

Hmmmm. Do you think poems have a further story to tell? I think they conservationists, a fine Zinfandel reserve. Leave verbose to the novelists who consume words with less regard to their weight and measure. Came over from Kay’s. Glad I stopped by. I enjoyed your work.

I feel that often each poem encloses its own story…
